As the guy that posted the monk Mo/W build, I can say that... Depends. You can farm only Smites, but then it's 1% per Smite chance of getting ecto. And with mo/w you can also farm Aatxes than have 4% chance to drop ecto.

So it's either 30-40 minutes with killing every aatxe + smites or 10-15 minutes smites only.

Hmm tuff (Cant Spell) Decision, i W/Rt farm UW, and its easy, but smites have certantly cut down on dropping ectos, i used to get 2 a run, 1 if i had a bad run, i now get 1 if im lucky, but if i kill the aataxes too, i will have a better chance of getting an ecto, + i have seen ectos dropped alot more from aataxes than from smites, but then again thats being in an UW group, where drops are more common.

Also is tehre anywhere else in UW that Mo/W can farm?

Cause i know with Wittes W/Rt build, u can solo the chaos plains ( I think)

Got the VWK warrior training yesterday, very polite and the build is effective, even while getting used to the run I'm still coming out ahead moneywise.

Had my lesson yesterday, very good service. Went through the whole thing with me watching and learning then on second run i went though my self (didnt get as far as i had hoped lol). Totally recommended!

Just got the monk tutorial/lesson today. Far exceeded my expectations. Completely recommend paying for the lesson.

1) answered all questions and provided a clear and descriptive explanation of the procedure, what to watch out for, example scenarios and more

2) spoke very politely, and typed in grammatically correct English with very little shorthand

3) offered to continue helping after the tutorial

Just an awesome service. 5-stars.

i had the W/Rt tutorial today, it went excellent, we hopped on vent after we met and i got excellent explanation how i had to do what and where, what the patrol routs are and such, did the run afterwards, died on first aaxte 2 times, but on 3e time i was able to complete the full run with two ecto drops

that monk build wont work in uw as a monk mo/w...
you need an intrupt skill,the best skill for intrupt is power spike,which has fast recharging...I have done solo uw with my mesmer many times..its fun and easy,but takes to long.
